Politics true or false question?

The Classical Conservative ideology stresses self-responsibility and places the importance on the individual over the collective.

True or False.

if a part of the question is false say false. Explain brieflyPolitics true or false question?
I cannot truthfully answer concerning the relevance to Classical Conservatism, but I do, however, know that that is a major part in the Objectivist ideology. Objectivism is the ideology that one must focus on the advancement of the self and expecting others to do the same, all while not wanting anyone to provide assistance for there advancement and refusing to assist the advancement of others. This theory also condones no belief in a god or other higher power, has a high ethics system and raises reason as mans only permanent helpful item. All I know to say about Classical Conservatives is that they are a lot like Modern Conservatives (a movement began by former President, Ronald Reagan) only more conservative.Politics true or false question?
True - personal responsibility

Loyalty, duty, honor, obligation, and responsibility are the maxims to which classical conservatives must live by on a personal level.

False - does not necessarily place individual over the collective.

The classical conservative believes in the power of the freedom of ideas, the sanctity of private property, and the free market of commerce. However, he realizes that his obligation is to his community, his people, and his country and shall never allow economic interests to rule over these obligations.
False.

Classical LIBERALISM is the ideology that stresses self responsibility and placed the importance on the individual over the collective.
You might want to consult the following link for theoretical models of conservatism. That link also defines fairly well what conservatism means in the U.S.
