Question about true love?

Theoretically, if true love overlooks physical appearance and only values personality then gay love could be considered true because if we take away the bodies of men and women, what is left is of moral content which cannot be judged objectively as it is a matter of personal taste. I could further develop and exemplify this idea but i think my question is clear enough. So, is homosexual love the true expression of pure love and heterosexual a mere rudiment of animal origin of more physical nature than of moral?

What is love then? You seem to be defining homosexual relationships the same way as most of us define friendship. Physical intimacy, always present in homosexual and heterosexual love relationships, comes from animal instincts. The reproductive instinct, specifically.





Physical desires for the act of penetration has nothing to do with psychological relationships. Only physical characteristics (appearance) matters. It is indeed true that most people would not engage in sexual activities with someone with whom they have no psychological relationships, but that is simply because sexual acts, most of the time, imply psychological intimacy as well in our particular sociocultural setting.
Your assertion is invalid. I am sorry, but I as well as so many others can see behind your question...the last sentence of your question doesn't fool me. Anyways, your argument is invalid because there is no ';definition'; of true love. What are we but a population that continues to evolve. So what if still have some of ';rudiment of animal origin';. Don't give me some bs about homosexual love not having lust in it. It seems to be no different from heterosexual love... why else would there be millions of gay pornography sites on the internet.
Based on your theoretical definition of true love, heterosexual love also has an equal chance of being true. Assuming heterosexuals didn't love because of looks but personality, then homosexual love isn't the only true love available.
