Any nurses doctors out there who can answer this. Please there tell me if this is true? medical question?

I am being serious here NOT a joke. Is it true that if someone's female vulv or male private testes areas are brownish or brownish grey they are NOT considered white or caucasion people??? I have allways been curious about this. I have a friend that is a nurse and she told me about this. I thought she was joking . I need to know if it is true.

Intellegent serious answers only please . And thanks for answeringAny nurses doctors out there who can answer this. Please there tell me if this is true? medical question?
Typically speaking, people of ethnic decent are more likely to have darker coloration. In women, it is most notable in the areola ( the colored area around the breast ), although caucasion women will darken the pigment usually with age and or pregnancy. So I wouldn't say '; Always'; though it could hint at some underlying ethnicity.Any nurses doctors out there who can answer this. Please there tell me if this is true? medical question?
I've been in the medical field for 6 years now and never heard this....many people can have skin discoloration due to different levels of melatonin which changes the color of skin pigmentation bu it doesn't change your race as an individual...there are also skin diseases that can darken or lighten an individuals skin.
not true...Indian people(from India) are Caucasian and tend to have dark skin.
